01Microsoft 365

Email, documents and Teams

The everyday tools of a business, configured so they’re secure, reliable and easy to use.

  1. 01

    Account & domain

Your Microsoft 365 account created in your name and connected to your domain, with you as the owner.

  2. 02

    Mailboxes

Mailboxes for each person, shared addresses such as hello@ or accounts@, and aliases.

  3. 03

    Email that arrives

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up and tested, so your mail is trusted and lands in inboxes.

  4. 04

    Moving across

Existing email, contacts and calendars migrated, with the switch timed so nothing is lost.

  5. 05

    Teams & OneDrive

The basics set up and explained: shared folders, file sharing and online meetings.

  6. 06

    Security

Multi-factor sign-in, sensible defaults and a short guide for everyone who uses it.

02Virtual landline

A local number, anywhere

Look established and keep your mobile number private, without a phone line in the wall.

  1. 01

    Any UK area code

A number from the area you serve, or a national 03 number, chosen to suit your customers.

  2. 02

    Call forwarding

Calls ring your mobile, or several phones at once, with your business name shown so you know how to answer.

  3. 03

    Hours & voicemail

Opening hours, a professional greeting and voicemail sent to your email.

  4. 04

    Keep your number

Move an existing number to the new provider where it’s possible, so customers can still reach you.

Questions

Setup questions

All questions and answers

01Who pays for Microsoft 365 and the phone line?

You do, directly. Licences and line rental are taken out in your name and billed to you by the provider, so you own the accounts from the start. Our fee covers the setup.

02Can I keep my existing email?

Yes. We can move your existing mailboxes, contacts and calendars across, and plan the switch so no messages go missing.

03Can I have a local number if I’m not there?

Yes. You can choose a number from almost any UK area code and forward calls to your mobile, so customers see a local landline and your own number stays private.

Still using a personal email address?

Tell us how many people need email and how you take calls now. We’ll come back with a fixed quote.
