No. The first conversation is free and there’s no obligation. It helps us both decide whether we’re a good fit.

Yes. After the first chat you’ll get a written quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope. If you later want to add something, we’ll quote for it separately before doing any work.

Yes. Complex e-commerce is one of our specialisms: big catalogues, product options, trade accounts, subscriptions and connections to stock or accounting systems. We’ll recommend Shopify or a custom build, whichever suits you better.

Templates are quick to start but carry code you’ll never use, look like thousands of other sites and are hard to adapt. A bespoke site is lighter, faster and shaped entirely around your business.

Yes, when it’s the right choice. Hand-coding is our first choice, but WordPress suits sites you want to edit extensively yourself, and Shopify suits most online shops.

A small business site usually takes three to five weeks once we have your words and photos. Larger sites and shops take longer, and we’ll agree a date at the start.

Your words, or notes we can turn into words; photos, or a plan for getting them; access to your domain; and prompt feedback at each stage.

Yes. We can write the copy from a conversation with you, or edit what you’ve written so it reads clearly and works for search.

Yes. The domain, design, code and content are yours, and you’ll get clear handover notes.

Yes, if you’d like to. We can add simple editing or build on WordPress. If you’d rather not, a care plan covers small monthly changes.

No. It’s optional, and you can host the site wherever you like. A care plan simply means someone keeps it fast, secure and up to date for you.

Sites on our care plan are served from Cloudflare’s global network, which keeps them fast and secure. Shopify sites are hosted by Shopify.

We’re based in Camborne and enjoy working with Cornish businesses, but we work with clients anywhere in the UK by video call.
